Approved Educational Sites ?

1. Extension site – A physical facility that is geographically separate from the main campus of the institution where students and faculty regularly meet in classes but where students may not complete 50% or more of course work toward requirements for one or more of the institution’s degrees, certificates, or diplomas via face-to-face or hybrid courses. Only include sites that have been active in the last 24 months.
2. Additional location – A physical facility that is geographically separate from the main campus of the institution and within the same ownership structure of the institution, at which the institution offers at least 50% of a degree, certificate or diploma.
3. Branch campus – A physical facility that is geographically separate from the main campus of the institution and within the same ownership structure of the institution; and is independent from the main campus, meaning the location (1) is permanent in nature; (2) offers courses in educational programs leading to a degree, certificate, or other recognized education credential; (3) has its own faculty and administrative or supervisory organization; and (4) has its own budgetary and hiring authority.
